In the heart of Villa del Sur, La Casita — our community library and cultural center — is filled with children eager to read, learn, and dream again.
Every day, children gather here to:
Learn to read for the first time
Catch up on years of missed education
Discover music, art, and storytelling
Build confidence through theater, teamwork, and values
This is a space built for transformation — and it’s working.
But there’s one thing missing: light.

When the sun sets, La Casita goes dark.
After-school tutoring stops.
Theater rehearsals end early.
The library sits full of children… and shadows.
And as the days grow shorter, so do their chances to keep learning.
But with your help, that’s about to change.
